BHV is a self-employed trainer entering the market with over 25 years of hands-on experience in ICU and emergency medical care. This background is the single most powerful differentiator in a market dominated by large, generic, and impersonal training organisations.
The website must communicate this credibility immediately and clearly. Every design and content decision should reinforce the same message: this is not a faceless training company — it is a highly qualified medical professional who trains businesses to respond when it matters most.
The primary audience is B2B. Employers across logistics, healthcare, warehousing, and other sectors need to meet their legal BHV obligations. The website must make it easy for them to understand the offering, trust the trainer, and make contact.
25+ years of ICU and emergency care experience must be positioned as the core differentiator — not just a credential, but the foundation of the BHV offering.
Direct contact with the trainer, not a call centre. Clients always know exactly who they are working with — a real person with real expertise.
Hands-on, scenario-based training tailored to individual businesses and available at short notice — a clear advantage over larger, less agile competitors.
The site architecture must support future growth — additional service pages, SEO landing pages, blog content, and advertising campaigns — without requiring a rebuild.
The site architecture is designed to serve B2B decision-makers at every stage of the buying journey — from initial awareness through to direct contact — while maintaining a single, coherent brand narrative throughout.
Core proposition, trust signals, trainer credentials, and clear calls-to-action. The first impression that sets the tone for the entire brand.
Medical background, ICU experience, training philosophy, and personal story. The page that converts sceptics into enquiries.
Full BHV course overview — what is covered, who it is for, how it is delivered, and what employers need to know about their legal obligations.
Dedicated page for recurring refresher contracts — the primary revenue driver for the business and the key long-term B2B opportunity.
Standalone CPR training offering — a high-search-volume service that broadens the audience and creates an additional entry point to the site.
Fast-response contact form, WhatsApp integration, and clear contact details. Every friction point removed to make getting in touch as easy as possible.

The project is structured to move efficiently from discovery to launch. Each phase has defined deliverables and a client sign-off gate before the next phase begins. Content population and SEO run in parallel with late-stage development to compress the overall timeline.
A structured discovery session covering site architecture, content hierarchy, user journeys, and WordPress CMS requirements. This phase produces the Project Specification Document that governs all subsequent work.
Full UX wireframes and visual design for all pages. Design is built mobile-first, reviewed in two rounds, and signed off before development begins. Brand assets are applied in this phase — brand assets must be provided before design begins.
WordPress setup, premium theme configuration, front-end development of all core pages and SEO landing pages, contact form setup, and WhatsApp integration. The site is built for speed, security, and ease of content management.
Content is populated into WordPress across all pages. On-page SEO is configured — meta titles, descriptions, structured data, sitemap, and Search Console setup. Google Analytics 4 is connected and event tracking configured. The client is trained on the CMS during this phase.
Full quality assurance testing across devices and browsers. A dedicated UAT period gives the client time to review the site before launch. DNS configuration, go-live, and 30-day post-launch monitoring.
If BHV does not yet have a formal brand identity — logo, colour system, typography, and brand guidelines — this package covers the full brand development process before the website design begins. The result is a complete brand book that informs the website and all future communications.
The following items are outside the scope of this proposal. They can be scoped and quoted separately if required.
Page copy beyond the agreed scope is not included. Core content — trainer bio, service descriptions, and key messaging — should be provided by the client. DigitlSky can advise on structure and tone.
The SEO foundation is included in the build. Ongoing SEO management, content creation, link building, and monthly reporting are outside this scope and can be discussed as a separate retainer.
Google Ads, social media advertising, and paid media management are outside this scope. The site will be built ready to support future advertising campaigns.
Domain registration and hosting costs are outside this project fee. Hosting platform recommendations will be provided during Discovery.
Online booking or scheduling functionality is outside the current scope. The site will be built with a clear contact and enquiry flow. A booking system can be scoped separately if required in future.
Post-launch development, feature additions, and maintenance beyond the 30-day monitoring window are not included. A retainer arrangement can be discussed separately.
To deliver this project on time and without surprises, we need the following from your side at the start of the project.
Logo files (SVG or high-resolution PNG), brand colour codes, and typography guidelines. If a brand book does not yet exist, the optional brand development package should be confirmed — or declined — before Discovery begins. The website design cannot proceed without brand assets.
Core copy for each page — trainer biography, service descriptions, and key messaging. DigitlSky can advise on structure and tone, but the source content should come from BHV. Testimonials and any existing client reviews should also be provided at this stage.
Professional photography of the trainer in a training environment is strongly recommended and will significantly improve the quality and trust-building impact of the website. Stock imagery can be used as a fallback if photography is not available at launch.
Access to the domain registrar and hosting environment, or confirmation of the preferred hosting platform, so DNS configuration and deployment can be completed without delays at the launch stage.
A single decision-maker who can review designs, approve sign-off gates, and respond to queries within 48 hours. This is the single biggest factor in keeping the project on schedule.
Here is how we get started. The process is straightforward and the first step costs nothing.
